Our design approach:
Explore what is special about you and your site.
Exaggerate the best through architectural design.
Brief: We ask a lot of questions and listen carefully to clients. It’s important to learn a client’s personal likes and dislikes to design specifically for their requirements. The design should be like a fingerprint, unique to the client and the site.
Budget: As each design is individual, so are budgets and we take careful consideration of this from inception to completion. Early cost analysis allows us to focus on the important aspects of the design, even with a modest budget.
Site: We examine each site carefully and map the sunlight, wind, shelter, views to exaggerate and views to hide. Designs develop from this site analysis so indoor rooms and outdoor spaces responding to their surroundings.
